3 Mountain Organic Indonesian Samples

Our Mountain Organic Collection consists of Green, Black and Oolong teas. All 3 teas are grown in the Halimun Mountains of Indonesia on an Organic farm located 800m above Sea-Level. The tea plants are treated with natural spring water and fresh mountain air. Each tea has its own unique characteristics and flavour.
Green Tea: Lightly oxidized tea leaves. Seaweed aroma with a slight fruity taste of freshness. Steep at 85°C and observe the leaves slowly unfolding to extract their natural flavour.
Directions: Steep 1 - 1½ tsp of tea per 500ml cup at 85°C for 5-6 min.
Black Tea: Fully oxidized tea leaves. Complex smoky aroma and a rich, smooth, malty taste of deep forest with hints of cedar. Steep at 100°C.
Directions: Steep 1 - 1½ tsp of tea per 500ml at 100°C for 5-8 min.
Oolong Tea: 35% oxidized tea leaves. Honey milk aroma, light creamy taste with a hint of marine. Wake up the tea leaves and discard the first infusion, then steep around 100°C.
Directions: Discard the first infusion, then Steep 1 - 1½ tsp of tea per 500ml tsp around 100°C for 5-8 min.
